Keep dry and store away from heat. Refrigerate once opened and consume within 3 days.

Preparation: Pour the gnocchi straight from the pack into a saucepan containing salted boiling water. Strain as soon as the gnocchi come to the surface. and serve with a sauce of your choice. Cook before eating.
