Description
Sacchetto` is dried porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis, B. reticulatus, B. aereus, B, pinicola) with the addition of the summer Umbrian truffle flavor. The Speciale format is sorted pieces up to several centimeters in length. They are used wherever you use dried mushrooms in your dishes, but the most recommended for making mushroom sauces using Mascarpone cheese – for example, for pasta, pizza, bruschetta.
